Formed in 1996, Proteus has built an international reputation as a direct-talking consultancy with an ethos of professional collaboration.
At Proteus, there is no set formula or standard approach. We believe in creating bespoke consultations based on gaining local knowledge quickly and ensuring that effective stakeholder mapping has identified not only key opinion formers, but also nodes of communications i.e. the local communication routes for informal information sharing.
This approach allows very targeted consultations that achieve genuine dialogue that helps the planning process.
